Ariel LaSalle Theater can typically accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated dinner (tables & chairs), up to 400 for theatre style seating (rows of chairs), and up to 600 maximum occupancy (including staff). The LaSalle has a green room, bridal room and boasts a restored theatre marquee which has been upgraded with LED side panels which can celebrate a special day or event.

Rental Rates

Saturdays – $3500*

Fridays – $3,000
Sundays – Thursdays – $2000*

Rates above are current for any future event booked before June 30, 2023 (“Booked” = a signed contract and 50% deposit)
*Special rates will apply for holidays (i.e. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)

Multiple date rentals will be considered for a discounted rate across rental days. Non-profit discounts may be available.

  • Rentals are based on a full day – hourly rates unavailable at this time. A standard day rental is based on twelve (12) hours, (includes 5 hours set up and 1-hour teardown for a 6-hour event) which is inclusive of load-in and load-out.
  • At the time of booking, a signed contract and date-hold deposit of 50% of total rental rate is required. Deposit is inclusive of a $500 Security Deposit, which will account for any damages or additional time used outside of contracted hours. Security Deposit will be refunded to the client after post event reconciliation. All payments MUST be made by Cash, Check, or Money Order. NO Credit Cards accepted.
  • NO REFUNDS of the space rental fees will be given for any reason, as your agreement to rent the venue listed above on this date may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
  • All rentals are required:
    • To contract Security through the LaSalle Theatre for your event – cost is in addition to the rental fee and according to the number of actual event hours
    • To provide one-time special event insurance that can be purchased through an agent or through EventHelper.com. Must include liquor liability if alcohol is being served/sold.
    • To use a Licensed, insured, and full-service Caterer – caterer can be of your choosing, but must be licensed and insured, and must provide service
    • To procure a temporary liquor permit for any event that is not a “private” event where alcohol is distributed in exchange for money (i.e. cash bar or open bar with ticket purchase)
  • Also included in your rental:
    • Standard 60” round tables, 6’ and 8’ rectangular tables, and banquet chairs
    • Off street parking is available in two lots adjacent to the building
      • A parking map can be provided to you upon discussion with the Venue Manager
      • If you are interested in valet car service for your event, a separate “Valet Information” document will be provided with the contact information for our preferred valet vendors.
    • One scrolling panel on our LED marquee for your event
  • Additional amenities offered:
    • Theatrical stage lighting – this includes front lighting and a color wash of the white backdrop at the back of the stage – This is NOT around the room up lighting (not offered by LaSalle) – $150 fee
    • Projector/Screen System without sound – use of the projector and screen for your event with basic operation by someone on your team – must provide own device with HDMI input – $150 Fee
      • More elaborate use of the screen including multiple videos or devices that need sound or a dedicated operator, you would need to add an additional $250 for an operator
    • Sound system – this includes use of the sound system with 32-channel inputs, two wireless microphones, two stage monitors, and sound technician – $750 fee (for a maximum 6-hour event)
      • This is for day-of use of the system only – rehearsals not included
